This morning I woke up and heard Glenn Zimmerman of Fox 2 News in the Morning (KTVI) say that today is the Autumnal Equinox.
I told Bryan that you can stand an egg on its end today. (We used to do this all of the time when I was in elementary school. My mom, dad, sisters and I would usually succeed during breakfast before we went to school.) : )
Well, Bryan and I tried a few times this morning and it didn't work... Bryan said, "I don't believe you." : )
So, I turn to the internet to find the proof, only to find out that it's a fable:
• "Do Eggs Stand on End"
• “Bad Astronomy: The Egg and the Equinox”
So, that's disappointing, but I foresee a challenge! We should try to stand an egg on it's end at Christmas or something and prove it.
I did also find some interesting Egg Trivia! (I know you're enthused!) : )
In other news, Galileo crashed into Jupiter, ending it's 14 year mission. Here are some COOL PHOTOS from Galileo:

Dave Matthews releases a solo album today! : ) It is on sale at Circuit City for $10!!
I love this inexpensive music trend! : )
Peace in yo hoods.
